Delivery

Standard products will be dispatched to you within 1 – 3 working days.

Personalised products being hand crafted to order will be dispatched to you within 3 – 4 working days.

Customised products will be dispatched to you within 4 – 5 working days after the receipt of your special material.

This may seem a bit longer than you would expect but this is because we make each item to order, as each item is unique and completely hand crafted.

Please note during busy periods delivery timeframes may be extended up to 12 days but you will be notified of this upon confirmation of your order.

Bunting Barn have teamed up with An Post and Parcel Motel to deliver Nationwide and to the UK & Europe.

All purchases are insured by us while in transit until they are delivered to you. If your order cannot be delivered within the time frame specified, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

In times of adverse weather conditions or matters beyond our control, Bunting Barn is not liable in contract negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to meet the stated delivery date.

We will endeavour to deliver to any location worldwide, and will try to accommodate all purchases from outside Europe. If you would like your item(s) delivered outside of Europe please contact us at info@buntingbarn.com

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Bunting Barn is not responsible for any delays in customs clearance.
